2020 saw Patrick Leoni Sceti become a major stakeholder in Stonehouse. It brought a collaboration of two directional minds, both with a passion for period buildings and a strong desire to deliver something exceptional. The exciting new partnership helped us realise our ambition of bringing our talents to a wider audience and brought the start of Stonehouse entering the residential and real estate market.
